Take a look at these beauties-some of California’s finest. Aren’t they absolutely gorgeous? I wish I could say I went out back and picked these from the tree in my yard, but that’s just not true! I do have an opportunity to buy some of these Sevillano (A Sicilian style olive) olives and am looking for the best way to cure them. I do know that this variety takes a long time to cure. Any advice?
